NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR FOR SONTAY Sontay, the expert in field control peripherals, has announced the appointment of Trevor S. Palmeras managing director. Trevor brings to Sontay over 15 years of combined HVAC controls experience. This extends from expertise in the application of manufactured solutions to knowledge gained in key sales, marketing and product development functions at various international market leaders in the sector. Most recently, Trevor has held a senior role at Canadian-based HVAC controls manufacturer, Viconics, where he was director of marketing and international sales. “I’m excited to join Sontay as managing director”, says Trevor. “The position allows me to contribute my understanding of systems, installations and applications to a company already widely acknowledged as a professional industry leader”. He adds, “Sontay’s customers will continue to enjoy high levels of customer service and product expertise, with a clear focus on product development, leading to lower total installed costs. Customer feedback will serve as the basis for new product introductions and will also help us improve already popular Sontay product lines.
