STRENGTHENS SALES TEAM WITH PROMOTIONS
Following strong sales growth, Sontay, the
market leading manufacturer and distributor of field control
devices, has strengthened its sales team with two internal promotions.
Kerima Cassim has been promoted to the role of International
Sales Manager whilst Stacey Gallagher has taken on the position
of Sales Support Manager. Both have been with the company for
a number of years in which time they have gained a great deal
of experience of and insight into Sontay and its range of products.
By providing a clear structure for growth and promotion, Sontay
has an excellent staff retention rate with many of its sales
and technical staff having worked for Sontay for many years and
being able to offer customers an excellent level of technical
knowledge and customer service.
Kerima Cassim has been at Sontay for three years now, and was
formerly the Internal Sales Executive for Europe. In her new
role Kerima takes on the challenge of continuing to expand Sontay’s
sales operation into new territories with new markets to discover
and develop. She is responsible for sales throughout Europe and
the rest of the world (excluding the UK, Ireland and The Middle
East) and providing high quality sales support for both new and
existing customers.
Stacey Gallagher first joined Sontay
in 2001 where she worked for five years as a Customer Services
Supervisor. From this role she moved into sales, taking on the
position of Internal Sales Executive before being promoted into
her current job. Stacey now has the responsibility of ensuring
customers are provided with superior sales support throughout
every purchase with Sontay. Her considerable knowledge and experience
of Sontay products and processes will offer great benefit to
customers.
