We have added a new highly programmable multi-function
kWh Meter to our comprehensive range. The new PM M850 has user
programmable CT and VT ratios and can be used on any single or
3-phase system.
The new PM-M850 is a simple to use digital,
universal meter kWh meter and can perform all operations including
programming by using the four push buttons on the front of the
unit. The unit is capable of measuring 16 parameters to include
voltages, currents and frequencies as well as energy and power,
all of which can be displayed on the unique blue LED screen which
can be easily read, even in direct sunlight.
In addition, outputs are available as either a pulsed output
for kWh or VAr, or an RS-485 2-wire Modbus output for all the
parameters measured. The meter can be used in a range of applications
including single phase; single phase 3-wire; 3-phase, 3-wire
unbalanced load; and 3-phase, 4wire unbalanced load. The new
PM-M850 multi-function kWh meter also features 5A CT secondary
current.
The meter measures: phase-phase voltage, phase
to neutral voltage, phase current, frequency, active power, reactive
power, apparent power, active energy, reactive energy, power
factor, instantaneous demand apparent power, max, demand amps,
demand active power and max demand apparent power.
