MW-HM601 - Heat Meter Integrator

DESCRIPTION
The MW-HM601 Series is designed to measure and record heat energy in installations where water is the primary heat transfer medium. The most common application for heat meters is to provide accurate energy consumption data for sub-metering or billing purposes.

FEATURES
• Battery backup • Data logging for up to 15 years • Measures heating or cooling and heat/cooling • LonWorks® versions available

MW-65-1 - Ultrasonic Cooling Meters with Integrator

DESCRIPTION
The MW-65-1 Series is used for the measurement of cooling systems, with flow temperatures from 2 to 50°C. The flow is measured using bi-directional ultrasonic technique based on the transit time method, with long-term proven stability and accuracy. The meter is not suitable for use with any other media than water, and should not be used with non-freezing additives like glycol.

FEATURES
• Ultrasonic flow meter • Large dynamic range • Longevity • LonWorks® versions available

MW-65-5 - Ultrasonic Heating Flow Meters

DESCRIPTION
The MW-65-5 Flow Meter is used to measure volumetric flow rate where the primary heat transfer medium is water. It is used in conjunction with the MW-HM601 energy meters, and is based on an ultrasonic technique.
The flow is measured using bi-directional ultrasonic technique based on the transit time method, with long-term proven stability and accuracy.

FEATURES
• Ultrasonic flow meter • Large dynamic range • Longevity • No moving parts

MW-HM401 - Ultrasonic Heat Meter

DESCRIPTION
This Ultrasonic Thermal Heat Meter is designed for measuring energy in all types of heating installations. The meter can be installed as a single unit, or the calculator and flow meter can be placed at a distance of up to 1.4m from each other. The flow meter is available in sizes from qp 0.6 to 15m3/h, either with threaded or flanged connections.

FEATURES
• Long life ultrasonic flow meter • Pulsed or M-bus output options • Simple to install and read

MW-M-BUS - Heat Meter Integrator (M-Bus Network)

DESCRIPTION
Using the MW-HM601 Heat Meter Integrator with an M-bus output card, up to 250 integrators may be connected together on a network. The system utilises an M-bus sub master unit with a cascade module to collect the information from up to 38 stations on each sub-LAN. Flexibility of M-bus architecture allows low cost installation to suit the building layout using twister pair cabling.

A central M-Bus master collects the information from the cascade modules and feeds the data to a PC. Using MW-PCBASE3 and MW-PCNET3 software, the PC is able to exchange data with a host of billing packages and Excel software using DDE links within MS Windows.

FEATURES
• Twisted pair cabling for low cost installation to 12,000m • Up to 250 Integrators on a single network, 38 per sub-network • M-bus software for reliability and stability • Windows based PcM-bus Software stores all data and features consumer register of connected utilities
• System data can be exported to accounting, billing and worksheet programs
