We have made substantial investments in the last year
with a new 'state-of-the-art' call centre telephony
system to manage and monitor
call flows. Only by continually measuring and monitoring
can we really make steady improvements, as you would
expect from an ISO9001:2000 accredited company. Shortly,
we will be going live with a new computer
system that will bring greater flexibility and
a host of new ‘industry first’ benefits
to our customers.
