How our Customer Portal works…

The Sontay customer portal was created as a tool to support our customers with their day to day needs regarding the Sontay product range.  We built it in consultation with our customers and included these features.
  • Online ordering functionality where you can add all of the items you require to your basket and submit the order to us for processing.  If you are logged in this will show your account pricing.
  • Project specification and quoting facility where you can create a list of products needed for your project and submit it to us for project pricing.
  • Compilation of PDF datasheets for O&M manuals.  Once you have added your selected items to your basket you can click one button to compile all the technical datasheets required for project tendering documents.
The portal is an online environment for customers to use all of these tools.  It differs to that of a web shop as you cannot place one off orders and pay with a credit card.
