Do you have a carriage charge?
Yes, our carriage charge is £11 for parcels up to 20KG in the UK. Timed and international services are also available. Please contact Sales Support for pricing.
Do you have a minimum order charge?
Yes, we have a minimum order charge of £30 in the UK & Republic of Ireland and £50 for International orders.
Can we have a timed / Saturday / same day delivery?
Yes, we can offer a before 9am, before midday is standard and we also offer a Saturday delivery and same day courier service. Please contact Sales Support for more information.
Do you have a cut off time for placing orders?
Yes, for a next day delivery in the UK we would need the order before 3.30pm. International orders must be placed by 11am for despatch that day.
Can we order direct from you and pay by card?
Yes, we do accept all major credit card payments except for American Express.
Can we have our order sent to different address to our invoicing address?
Yes, we can ship to any address of your choice.
Do you have any distributors?
Yes, we do have various distributors in most areas. Please see our Distribution page for more details.
Can we ship via our own forwarder?
Yes, you can ship by the forwarder of your choice. Administration charges may apply for packing and handling. Please contact Sales Support to discuss your request.
Do you offer a road shipping service?
Yes, we do offer a road service to most European countries as a lower cost alternative.
Can you consolidate our orders?
Yes, we can consolidate your orders and ship on a day of your choice.
How long will my order take to deliver?
The service we offer to Europe mainland is next day rest of the world is between 2-3 days. UK shipments are next day before midday. These are shipping times so please check the date of despatch on your order confirmation to get an idea of when your order will arrive.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes we can send you the tracking details once the shipment has left. Please contact Sales Support for this information.
