Roberto joined Sontay in December as Southern Europe Sales Manager, bringing with him over 25 years of global executive experience in international expansion, business development, and leadership of multicultural teams. Throughout his career, Roberto has successfully built and managed high-performing teams and opened, developed, and led subsidiaries across key international markets, including China, Mexico, Brazil, Germany, Spain, Poland, Romania, and the UK.

With a professional background spanning the technology, manufacturing, and industrial solutions sectors, Roberto has developed a deep understanding of complex technical, regulatory, and operational environments. His strategic vision, international perspective, and proven leadership capabilities position him to play a key role in supporting Sontay’s growth ambitions, with a particular focus on strengthening and expanding the company’s presence across Southern Europe.

My favourite part is wanting to be apart of Sontay's history by developing new markets and contributing to its global growth.
