Yes, our carriage charge is £11 for parcels up to 20KG in the UK.  Timed and international services are also available.  Please contact Sales Support for pricing.

Yes, we have a minimum order charge of £30 in the UK & Republic of Ireland and £50 for International orders.

Yes, we can offer a before 9am, before midday is standard and we also offer a Saturday delivery and same day courier service.  Please contact Sales Support for more information.

Yes, for a next day delivery in the UK we would need the order before 3.30pm.  International orders must be placed by 11am for despatch that day.

If you already hold an account with Sontay you can pay by card, we do accept all major credit card payments except for American Express.

Yes, we can ship to any address of your choice.

Yes, we do offer a road service to most European countries as a lower cost alternative.

Yes, we can consolidate your orders and ship on a day of your choice.

• UK shipments are next day before midday
• Europe by road, 2-3 days, Express 1-2 days
• Rest of the World, 3-4 days

These are estimated transportation times which are different to the ship date. 
Please check the date of despatch on your order confirmation to get an idea of when your order will arrive.
