We’re proud to announce that Sontay is now officially a Made in Britain certified manufacturer.

For over 50 years, Sontay has been designing and manufacturing sensing and control solutions for the building controls industry, with our UK manufacturing operations based at our headquarters in Edenbridge, Kent.

Becoming a member of Made in Britain recognises our commitment to British manufacturing and allows qualifying Sontay products manufactured here in the UK to carry the official Made in Britain mark.

What is Made in Britain?

Made in Britain brings together British manufacturers under the official Made in Britain mark, helping customers identify products that are manufactured in the UK.

For Sontay, joining Made in Britain is an opportunity to celebrate something that has long been an important part of who we are - our UK manufacturing capabilities and the people behind our products.

From our Edenbridge headquarters, our teams are involved throughout the journey of our products, from design and development through to manufacturing, testing and distribution.

Manufacturing in the UK gives us greater oversight of quality and enables us to continue developing reliable sensing and control solutions for the evolving needs of the building controls industry.

Our Made in Britain certification also gives customers a clear way to identify Sontay products that qualify as British-made.
